Judy Persichilli, President and Chief Executive Officer	Chief Executive Officer The chief executive officer is accountable for carrying out the mission of CHE. This position reports to the CHE board of directors. The CEO’s responsibilities include establishing strategic plans and budgets, monitoring financial performance, operations, growth and mission effectiveness as well as representing CHE to government, health care organizations and the public.
Pete DeAngelis, Executive Vice President and COO	Chief Operating Officer The chief operating officer is responsible for providing mission and values-based leadership, direction, support and assistance to CHE’s operating divisions to optimize operational effectiveness and strategic position. The COO is responsible for maximizing and coordinating CHE-wide resources across the various operating entities.
Jenny Barnett Sarpalius, Executive Vice President and CFO	Chief Financial Officer The chief financial officer is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the finance department, consisting of corporate compliance and legal services, information technology, financial services, capital planning, risk management and insurance. The CFO assists the CEO on an as needed basis with emphasis on system strategic and financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial performance and system operational and administrative issues.
Jeffry Komins, M.D., Executive Vice President and CMO/CQO	Chief Medical Officer The chief medical officer provides leadership in all areas of clinical service, directs system-wide quality initiatives, facilitates clinical performance improvement, directs patient safety initiatives, develops best practices in managed care and assists in improving the performance of employed physician practices.
Nora Triola, Ph.D., R.N., Executive Vice President and CNO	Chief Nursing Officer The chief nursing officer provides mission and values-based vision and leadership in the achievement of nursing excellence. The CNO has a leadership role in strengthening the role of nursing and its impact on overall quality, safety and financial outcomes. In addition, the CNO develops and facilitates processes to ensure appropriate input and involvement of nursing leaders system wide in the CHE strategic planning.
Sr. Mary Persico, I.H.M., Ed.D., Executive Vice President, Mission Integration	Executive Vice President, Mission Integration As executive vice president, mission integration, Sr. Mary Persico provides direct leadership for a System-wide sponsorship structure that includes the orientation and education of sponsoring religious communities and new CHE Sponsors, and the oversight of CHE’s Public Juridic Person. She also provides leadership, support and assistance to the mission and ethics functions, as well as to Global Health Ministry.
Clayton Fitzhugh, Executive Vice President, Shared Services and CHRO	Executive Vice President, Shared Services and Chief Human Resources Officer As executive vice president, shared services and chief human resources officer, Clayton Fitzhugh is responsible for improving the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of our shared services in support of our RHCs as well as the overall development and leadership of the human resources and organizational effectiveness function within CHE.
John Capasso, President and CEO, CCMSN	President and CEO, Continuing Care Management Services Network Concerned about the growing need for continuing care services and cognizant of the operational challenges facing our facilities, CHE developed of a new vision for continuing care, calling for a commitment to continuing care services and the incorporation of continuing care strategies as part of each RHC’s strategic plan.
H. Ray Welch, Executive Vice President, Ministry Operations	Executive Vice President, Ministry Operations As executive vice president, ministry operations, Ray Welch provides oversight for CHE’s ministries in the mid-Atlantic region and provides system-wide leadership in enhancing regional strategies and development
John Johnson, Executive Vice President, Ministry Operations	Executive Vice President, Ministry Operations As executive vice president, ministry operations, Johnson Johnson provides oversight for CHE’s ministries in the southeastern region and provides system-wide leadership in enhancing regional strategies and development.
