Primary Role
Plan, organize, direct the finance department, consisting of corporate
compliance and legal services, information technology, financial services,
capital planning, access and administration, and risk management and insurance,
including the development, interpretation, coordination, and administration of
CHE programs and policies on finance, accounting, investment and cash
management insurance, financial/accounting systems, access to capital markets,
internal controls, internal and external auditing, and reimbursement. Assists
CEO on an as needed basis with emphasis on System strategic and financial
planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial performance and System
operational and administrative issues.
