West Hartford, CT Located in West Hartford, CT, and sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy of Connecticut, Mercy Community Health is made up of Mercyknoll, a freestanding nursing facility, Saint Mary Home, a nursing center and adult day care facility, The McAuley, a continuing care retirement community, and Frances Warde Apartments, residential facilities. The recently completed Callaghan Center, part of Saint Mary Home, provides rehabilitation, subacute and special needs services.
