Director, Human Resources & Administration Appointed by Catholic Health East

Suson Tillman-Taylor
Catholic Health East (CHE), one of the nation's leading Catholic healthcare systems, announced the recent appointment of Suson Tillman-Taylor as director, human resources and administration.
In this position, Tillman-Taylor works with CHE at its System Office location and its facilities. She serves as a human resources business partner for the System Office and for IT Shared Services in Conshohocken. She provides strategic human resources leadership in areas of recruitment and retention, employee relations, diversity, and organizational and managerial effectiveness.

Tillman-Taylor brings to CHE over 20 years of professional human resources experience, including more than six years of health care experience supporting Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons and Catholic Charities in New Jersey.
Tillman-Taylor has a bachelor's degree in communication from State University of New York at New Paltz, and a master's in adult and higher education from Columbia University's Teachers College, New York, NY. Additionally, she holds a professional certification in human resources.
Catholic Health East is a multi-institutional Catholic health system, which is co-sponsored by 12 religious congregations and Hope Ministries, a Public Juridic Person within Catholic Health East. Based in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, the system provides the means to ensure the continuation of the Catholic identity and operational strength of the Sponsors' health ministries, which are located within 11 eastern states from Maine to Florida.
The System includes acute care hospitals, free-standing and hospital-based skilled nursing facilities, residential facilities, free-standing behavioral health and rehabilitation facilities, and numerous ambulatory and community based health services.
