Vice President of Supply Chain Appointed at Catholic Health East

NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA - Catholic Health East, one of the nation's largest Catholic-sponsored health care systems, announced the appointment of Florence F. Doyle to the position of Vice President of Supply Chain effective July 21, 2006.
In her new role, Doyle will be responsible for providing overall supply chain management functions throughout all of CHE, and assist in the operational and tactical applications of supply chain throughout all of CHE, and for all CHE regional health corporations.
Previously Doyle was at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN where for the last five years she served as the Chair, Division of Materials Management. She has also served in various materials management roles at ViaHealth System in Rochester, NY.
Doyle received her BS in management science/sociology from the Nazareth College of Rochester and received her MBA at Rochester Institute of Technology. Doyle is involved on many boards and associations, including the Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management and the American Hospital Association Materials Management in Health Care Advisory Board.
Catholic Health East is a multi-institutional Catholic health system, co-sponsored by 13 religious congregations and Hope Ministries, a Public Juridic Person within Catholic Health East.
