Implementation
Under construction is a $62 million Life Care Retirement Community that will offer independent living in three-story apartment buildings, cottage duplexes, and freestanding homes. The community, featuring a full-service clubhouse, will offer a wide variety of amenities, services, and activities. Also on campus will be accommodations for assisted living and long- or short-term skilled nursing care. The community opening is planned for the summer of f1999.
