Implementation
Participation in an emphatic model of sensitivity training for all Lifecare Services Division team members. This enables staff members to have a better understanding of the effects of aging and improve our customer services. Further, there has been the development of a comprehensive educational component through which a variety of best practice and other skill set teaching occurs and is available to all employees.
