BayCare Life Management, is part of the BayCare Health System, Tampa Bay's premier not-for-profit hospitals working together to improve the health and well being of all they serve. BayCare Life Management was specifically created to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Managed Behavioral Health and comprehensive Outpatient Behavioral Health Services for businesses and industries interested in providing quality mental health services for their employees at a reasonable cost. BHMS has been providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Managed Behavioral Health Care since 1992. Since the program started, it has grown to having contracts with over seventy (70) employers throughout the greater Tampa Bay Area and Florida.
